DIRECTOR
Nick is a Director at Cresswick and began his property development career at Cathedral Group (now U+I), later gaining further experience at Berkeley Homes and The Collective before founding Cresswick.
He holds a 2:1 in Business Management from Newcastle University and a Master’s in Real Estate Management, graduating with Distinction. His experience covers the full development cycle—from site acquisition through planning, construction, and sales.
Nick has worked with fellow Director Matt Ward since 2010, when they collaborated on The Movement, a major mixed-use scheme in Greenwich. Over his career, he has delivered over 2 million sq ft of development, including homes, co-living schemes, commercial space, and mixed-use projects.

Matt Ward
Matt is a Director at Cresswick whose career began with a unique foundation—training as a master thatcher in the Cotswolds. This early focus on craft and detail laid the groundwork for a successful transition into architecture and development.
He spent a decade as Director and Residential Sector Lead at HLM Architects, overseeing the delivery of over 3,000 homes across all tenures, from student and co-living to social housing and high-end schemes. In 2017, he founded SWAP Architects, taking on projects ranging from small housing to large regeneration sites.
Matt’s long-standing collaboration with Nick Harrison began in 2010 on The Movement, a major mixed-use development in Greenwich. Since then, his work has led to planning approval for over 1.9 million sq ft, including homes, hotels, student accommodation, and educational space.
